Clinic & Booking Policy
We are committed to providing our patients with the highest level of service and care. To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, we have established the following booking policy. Please read it carefully before scheduling an appointment.
Appointments can be scheduled online through our online booking system (Fresha), via phone, or in person at the clinic. We recommend booking your appointment in advance to secure your preferred date and time. New clients are required to complete a consultation form prior to their first treatment.
You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation of your appointment once it is scheduled. Please ensure that your contact information is up-to-date.
If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid inconveniencing other clients. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and may incur a fee.
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will not receive a deposit refund.
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged will not receive a deposit refund.
Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a fee. We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us directly to discuss any last-minute changes.
A non-refundable deposit of [specify amount or percentage] may be required at the time of booking for certain treatments. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods such as [list any additional payment methods like PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.].
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if 48 hours notice is given. Treatment fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
Patients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications during the initial consultation and inform us of any changes prior to each appointment.
Follow any pre-treatment instructions provided at the time of booking to ensure optimal results and reduce the risk of complications.
Adhere to any post-treatment care instructions provided by your practitioner to maintain the effectiveness of your treatment and minimize side effects.
Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive treatment. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and may require consent for certain treatments.
All client information is kept confidential and used solely for treatment and administrative purposes unless consent has been given to share by the patient.
Dr Wells Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service to any client who fails to comply with the booking policy or whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate.
